This stunning family home in Fitzroy was once a factory, converted into a habitable home in the 90s. While the bare bones of the renovation were still functional, it wasn't wearing well. After a few beers between the client and architect @holaprojects, a concept drawn on a beer coaster and turned into what we see now: an incredibly chic and cosy home.
